If you fail to make a plan, you plan to fail…
These words still echo in my ears 20 years after my first marketing director told me.
Plans are great because they:
- Help take your goal and break into bite size steps so you can feel more confident about achieving the goal
- Allow you to know what tasks you need to achieve to get there
- Help you see how long it will take you to achieve your goal
- Allow you allocate time, money and other resources efficiently
Think about the goal you wan to achieve for your business and start to make a plan. Think of all the small tasks you need to achieve, then arrange them in the chronological order they need to be completed – and voila a plan!
