Thrive! TV Tips ~ Who tells you what a great job you are doing?

Often we are so busy that we forget how much we actually have achieved.

When we have no one to remind us, it can sometimes feel like we are in a feedback vacuum. [new_line]
Typically, we rush from one meeting to the next, one call to dialling the next one that our days can seem like a complete blur. We can get to the end of the week or end of the month and wonder what have we done?
This can be problematic when you feel that you aren’t doing enough or that things aren’t going well for you. [new_line]
I recommend to all of my clients that you take 5 minutes at the end of each day and write down three things that you have achieved. Write them down in a little notebook or even on your computer – it doesn’t matter where, as long as you do it.[new_line]
Very quickly you will have an archive of exactly how much you have achieved! Imagine what that will feel like![new_line]

Your Action:

Starting today – write down three things that you have achieved and have gone well for you. Very quickly you will have a great success journal where that you can refer back to when you need a pick me up and instant feedback[new_line]
