Deep into the second week of writing my book about Corporate Crossovers I am discovering some key themes about what has made them successful. Successful in their terms of living their values, creating an environment they love to work in and feeling in control of their destiny. And making decent money.
So far the themes that keep repeating themselves are:
Passion about their product or service.
Determination to make a success of their business.
Perseverance to get the result they want, to push open closed doors and not take no for an answer the first, second, fifth or even the tenth time.
If you were to rate yourself on these three qualities, where would you score?
What needs to shift to get the success you want for your business?
Let me know below how you fare, I would love to know!
